How do I list my business for free?

It’s easy!

  • Click “Add Listing” on the directory page
  • Create an account or log in to your existing account
  • Enter your business details (Business name, address, phone, website, hours, social media links, description, etc)
  • Click Submit
  • Your free listing will be submitted for approval
  • Once our team approves the listing, you’ll be notified via email and your listing will appear in the directory

What if my business is already listed?

Before creating a new listing, please search the directory for your business.

  • If your business is listed but unclaimed, click the yellow “Claim Listing” button

  • If your business is not listed, follow the instructions to create one.


How can I claim an existing listing?

To protect businesses, you’ll need to create an account before claiming.

Here’s the process:

  • Search for your business in the directory.

  • Click “Claim This Listing.”

  • Create a free account (name + email).

  • Submit your claim details (your role, business email, etc.).

  • Our team reviews and verifies your claim to the listing 

  • Once approved, the listing is attached to your account and you’ll be notified via email

  • Log in and update your listing with all of your important business information (description, contact info, social media links, your website URL)

What’s included in a free listing?

How are promotions handled in the Facebook group?

Premium members submit their promotions through their dashboard.

What if I accidentally create a duplicate listing?

No problem! Our team reviews all submissions and may merge duplicates.

To save time, always search for your business before adding a new listing.

Do you offer refunds if I cancel?

Payments for listing plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime.

Your listing will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, then return to a free listing. 

If you cancel your Premium Visibility plan:

  • Your listing’s Feature Business badge will be removed
  • You will no longer appear at the top of searches for your business’s category
  • You will no longer be able to submit items to our community calendar, the promotions page, or our Facebook group
