By purchasing a BOSLA 2025 sponsorship package, you agree to the following terms:

Sponsorship Inclusions

All sponsor benefits are outlined in the BOSLA 2025 Sponsorship Guide or website. Deliverables may include—but are not limited to—online visibility, email and social media features, and sponsor listing on the Shop Local Augusta website.

Please note: Visibility and features vary by sponsor level. Refer to the sponsorship comparison table for full details.

Submission Deadlines

To ensure your business is included in campaign materials, sponsors must provide the following by the stated deadlines

     

      • Business logo (high-res PNG or SVG)

      • Business link (URL)

      • Tagline or short description (if included in your tier)

      • Optional promotional offer or prize

      • Optional social media handles

    You’ll receive an onboarding email with exact due dates after payment. Missed deadlines may result in exclusion from time-sensitive assets (e.g., launch email, printed flyers).

    Payment & Refunds

       

        • Payment is due in full at the time of sponsor registration.

        • All payments are non-refundable unless the event or promotion is canceled by Shop Local Augusta.

        • Upgrades to higher sponsorship tiers may be made, space permitting, with payment of the price difference.

      Promotional Use

      By becoming a sponsor, you grant Shop Local Augusta permission to:

          • Display your business name, logo, and submitted information in promotional materials, including the BOSLA webpage, social media posts, email campaigns, and printed materials (if applicable).

          • Mention or tag your business on social media where appropriate.

        Sponsor Recognition Timing

        Sponsor features will be rolled out at strategic points throughout the BOSLA campaign (pre-launch, nominations, voting, winner announcement, etc.). While we strive to meet expected timelines, exact posting dates and placements are at the discretion of Shop Local Augusta for pacing and campaign flow.

        Sponsor Participation & Conduct

        Sponsorship does not imply an endorsement of the sponsor’s services or views by Shop Local Augusta. We reserve the right to decline or refund sponsorship from businesses that conflict with our brand values (e.g., discriminatory messaging, unethical practices, etc.).

        We reserve the right to review and request changes to any submitted content (including business names, images, logos, messaging, or promotional copy). If content is deemed inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or otherwise misaligned with the mission of Shop Local Augusta, sponsors will be contacted and given the opportunity to submit alternative content. Refusal to revise may result in exclusion without refund.

        Exclusivity

        Top Tier sponsorships include category exclusivity and will be granted on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. We do not guarantee exclusivity for lower sponsorship tiers unless specifically stated.

        Sponsors may be invited to provide assets such as business logos, promotional images, offers, or prize donations. Timely submission is expected to ensure inclusion in promotional materials. Missed deadlines may result in limited visibility.

        Right to Modify Campaign Details

        We reserve the right to update campaign timelines, marketing channels, or sponsor placement details if needed to accommodate promotional performance or scheduling changes.
