What to prepare

• Promotion title and short description.

• Discount amount and coupon code if applicable.

• A valid link or redemption URL.

• An expiration date for the offer.

• Business name and location as you want them displayed.

Who can submit

Only active premium members can submit promotions for publication on the Save Local Augusta page. Non-premium members may upgrade to access this feature.

Your Name
Used internally for administrative communication. This is not displayed publicly.

Contact Email Address*
Used for admin communication if we need clarification. This is not displayed publicly.

Business Name*
Enter the business or organization as you want it shown on the promotion listing.

Business Location*
Provide the business address or service area. If the promotion is online, write “Online.”

Discount Amount*
Enter a percentage or dollar amount. Example: “15% off” or “$10 off.”

Coupon Code
Include a code if needed for redemption online or in store. If no code is required, leave this blank.

URL
Paste a direct link to your promotion, product page, or landing page. Example: https://example.com/offer

Expiration Date*
Select the date the promotion ends. If it runs indefinitely, enter a date far in the future and note this in the description.

Promotion Title*
Write a short, clear headline. Example: “15% Off Fall Home Décor” or “Buy One Get One Free Lunch Special.”

Promotion Description
Include the key details. Be specific about what is included, any restrictions, and how customers can redeem the offer. Keep this concise and easy to understand.

Submit My Promotion
Click once and wait for the confirmation screen. If you do not see confirmation, check required fields and try again.

Deadlines and publishing

• Submit by Tuesday at 5:00 PM to be considered for that Thursday’s promotions update.

• Promotions submitted after the deadline will be reviewed for the following week.

• Approved promotions appear on the Save Local Augusta promotions page and may be highlighted in the weekly newsletter or social media posts when space allows.

Content guidelines

• Promotions must be valid and clearly described.

• Include accurate expiration dates and links.

• No misleading offers, spam, or inappropriate content.

• Repeating the same promotion weekly without changes may result in declined submissions.

If you need to make changes after submission, reply to your confirmation email with the update request.
